Terms of Use

By placing an order or activating a license, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order or use the service.

Each package provides a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Smarty Analyzer during the displayed subscription period. Package price, duration, device limit, analysis limit, and available features are those shown at checkout when the order is created.

You may not resell, share, sublicense, bypass limits, reverse engineer, disrupt, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or revoke access affected by fraud, abusive automation, credential sharing, security attacks, or material violations of these terms.

Orders accept only the payment methods shown at checkout. You must send the exact displayed amount to the displayed destination using the correct network. An order remains open for two hours, and payment confirmation may require manual review.

Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. You are responsible for checking the asset, network, destination, and amount before sending. Do not send funds from a source you are not authorized to use.

A temporary order reference is displayed after the order is saved. The final license key is issued and emailed after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing can be affected by blockchain confirmation, payment-network delays, email delivery, or manual verification.

If a confirmed payment does not result in license delivery, reply to the order or license email with the order reference. We will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law. Never send a seed phrase, private key, or password.

Activation records help enforce the device limit attached to the purchased package. Reinstalling a browser, clearing extension data, or changing device characteristics may affect recognition. Available self-service or administrator reset options do not increase the purchased device limit.

Smarty Analyzer provides software tools and analytical information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Trading and investing involve risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions and losses.

We may maintain, update, secure, modify, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Package changes apply to future orders unless otherwise stated; existing license rights remain subject to the package assigned to that license.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for market losses, decisions based on analytical output, incompatible third-party software, blockchain congestion, or failures outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms to reflect service, security, or legal changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. For questions about an order or license, reply to the email sent by Smarty Analyzer and include the order reference.
